Due to venue restrictions, the Maid Cafe is now the Festival Room! Festival games, face painting, origami, and more surprises are in store!
Panels submissions for NashiCon 2012 are closed. We would like to thank everyone that submitted a panel. At this time all emails have been sent out to those who submitted a panel. If you submitted a panel, but did not receive an email please contact us at events@nashicon.com.
We have sent out the acceptance emails to all those who made it into Artist’s Alley. Please check your email boxes. If you submitted a form to Artist’s Alley and did not receive an email please contact artists@nashicon.com or info@nashicon.com.
We are still accepting artists for our waiting list so, its not too late to sign up!
Reminder: Panel submissions close in less than a month!
The last day that we will be accepting panel submissions is January 1st, 2012, so if you want to run a panel, submit it while you still can! Remember: the convention doesn’t control which panels we get – the attendees do! So if you want a certain panel to happen at Nashicon… you may need to run it yourself!
We apologize for the late availability of the Artist’s Alley application. It is up and running and we eagerly await your submissions.
Sorry for any inconvenience,
Bobby Cordell
Chair of Public Relations
Nashicon
